Delivery & Returns
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT DISRUPTION :
Royal mail is currently experiencing severe disruption on their International Export services due to a recent cyber incident. This means there will be delays on our International shipment. They are trying their best to restore the service as soon as they can. If your order is urgent and would like the alternative shipment (by courier) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist. Unfortunately these delays caused by the Royal Mail are beyond our control.
We aim to dispatch our stock items within 1-2 working days on receipt of payment. If any items are out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.
Stock that needs alteration typically takes an additional 7-14 working days.
We typically use Royal Mail and Fedex for our UK and International delivery. At our discretion, we may occasionally use alternative carriers or courier services without prior notice. Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. Please provide the correct and accurate delivery address at the checkout. Please try to avoid using a PO Box address, as many couriers are unable to deliver to these. We are sorry but we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed deliveries caused by a third party.
You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 30 days after purchase. Please return your items unused and in original condition (including all labels, packing materials and tags intact) accompanied with your sales receipt. We will give you an exchange or refund at the purchase price, as long as your returned product meets our term and conditions.
If any items arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com or 01293 514723 providing the sales receipt or invoice number within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will make arrangements for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price.
If you are returning unwanted items or items for exchange (such as different size or colour) you will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the items and remain responsible for them until we receive them. Please obtain Proof of posting, as we can not be held responsible for the returned items that do not reach us.
Unless the original item was faulty, or there was error on our side, postage cost will be charged for sending out the exchange.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty correctly supplied goods after 30 days of receipt, or if the items have been worn or damaged.
Bespoke or altered items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We aim to process Returns within 7 working days of receipt of items, and any refunds will be completed within 14 days of the goods being returned to us.
